We post through Australia Post. Charges are based on the weight and size of goods being delivered in accordance with Australia post prices.

Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorized to receive the goods. The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your wine to be delivered after receiving confirmation of your order.

Please note due to Covid19 Australia Post are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. Please allow extra time for parcels to be delivered during this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

If you have not received your wines in this timeframe please contact us and we will track your delivery.

While we will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late or non-delivery of goods ordered.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer within 2-3 business days and organise a full refund.

We do not post outside of Australia.
