Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6000). For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500)
The contract is made at our licensed premises, 11 Garnook Grove, Badger Creek, Victoria, from where the goods will be dispatched under our liquor license 36105379.

Shipping & Handling
Minimum Quantity & Pricing
Wines/Ciders: Minimum order quantity of 2 bottles for each order placed. Box sizes 2 bottle, 6 bottle and 12 bottles.
These can be a mixed. This excludes 330ml cider which is sold only as a case of 24.
Jams: Minimum order quantity of 3 jams per order. Can fit up to 6 jams per box.
Our prices are subject to variation – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order.
All prices are GST inclusive in Australian dollars.
The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.
Packaging
Goods purchased for shipping are packaged to the highest industry standards.
Delivery Policy
We post through Australia Post. Charges are based on the weight and size of goods being delivered in accordance with Australia post prices.
Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorized to receive the goods. The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
Please allow up to 10 -14 working days for your wine to be delivered after receiving confirmation of your order.
If you have not received your wines in this timeframe please contact us and we will track your delivery.
While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late or non-delivery of goods ordered.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer within 2-3 business days and organise a full refund.
We do not post outside of Australia.
Payment
No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order, and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
Risk and Title
The risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the Delivery Address.
Returns Policy
Badger Creek Blueberry Farm accepts full responsibility for all goods ordered by the customer to be in fit and proper condition.
Should you receive a delivery that is damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory in any way please contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to arrange either a replacement of the items or a full refund. We do reserve the right to use our discretion when replacing items that have been ordered in error.
We require any products that are returned to be unopened.
The un-opened goods must be returned within 7 days of opening any of the product. And upon internal testing of the product by Badger Creek Blueberry Farm it is deemed faulty or defective.
We will refund your money when we receive the goods and we are satisfied that they are in original condition.

We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are defective or do not meet the product description. All other returns are at your expense.
