1/ 2 cup (125 ml) milk or coconut water
375 g blueberries
1/2 an avocado
1/2 a frozen banana
1/2 cup (125 ml) yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses, add a zingy sprig of mint and drink immediately.
